Pete - moving Jones forward is an interesting one but its horses for courses for me at the minute and round pegs in round holes - we have signed a specialist left back lets use him there.

 

I also believe at this moment in time we need goalscorers with cool heads on the pitch and Williamson showed in his appearances lately that he loses his head at the sight of goasl - so it has to be Hughes and Pope for me - then if needed bring Dodds on but don't take Pope or Hughes off.

Let's tighten up and try and grind a win out(we have yet to win by less than 3 goals at home this season, so we must be due a scrappy 1-0 win soon!).

If we need to be more attacking we can change it by bringing Vincent/Hughes/Williamson on at some stage. No doubt the 1st goal will be critical again for us, I just hope we play with a bit more tempo & compusure which will help to get the crowd going a bit more than the Exeter game!

This is a big game and 3 points would steady the ship again and hopefully calm people down again and give us the chance to try and push on again, what we'd all give for 2 back to back home wins this week!

Is that playing one centre half or playing Duffy and jones as centre halves and JMW as a wing back? Either way it leaves us exposed in the middle or down the right. Any half decent manager could make a few tweaks to rip that apart. Square pegs in round holes. Which wouldn't tear the league apart. That's a football manager formation.
