Mickey's best ever signing was his contract.

 

All managers sign good bad and ok players, it's the mix that makes or breaks them; obviously the more good players you sign than bad ones the more successful a manager you are. Generally Mickey has made a number of decent signings that outweigh his duffers and even some of the less able signings served a purpose. Tommy Fraser wasn't the best as a player but he was a great signing for his attitude that helped massively in stopping the rot when he first came, something I'll always appreciate about him.

Tough one to call. Neal maybe edges it for me, with Loft and JMW and as others have said, this time next year, we may be saying the burger-meister.

If Roberts wasn't an idiot then he would be on 15-20k a week in the championship, not on a snip of that in the conference.
