Our fans to get hamil end?

So, upset regular season ticket holders in the Railway Paddock, an area of the ground that, arguably, has more season ticket holders than the other areas. Of course they won't be upset & even if they are, they should do as they're told. Makes economic sense to upset fans. I can hear the first cuckoos of Spring.

Less of the sarcasm it was only a suggestion. Your point about upsetting the majority of the fan base is very presumptuous. If given the opportunity to go in the hamil, i'd imagine a high number would be happy to change. Its 2013, we've got arguably the best stand in the ground taken up by 200 away fans every other week, while we're sitting in a run down stand having a pint in the rain and creating the atmosphere of a Leek Town match. But some people will just be happy with that, it's what they know, they're frightened of change and want us to stand still as a club. What I've suggested provides us with the opportunity to make the most of what we've got.

What is so wonderful about a shallow stand at the end of the ground?

In my opinion, two main reasons; it generates the best acoustics than any other part of the ground, and it has some of the best facilities. I think we need an end behind a goal that creates a good atmosphere. If we had the hamil end we could make it cheaper, more popular and create a much better atmosphere. As I said before, if we could then put the tv cameras on the paddock side, the ground would look a lot more attractive (once the lorne st was finished), and would look fuller than having 200 odd away fans in.

Remember atmosphere is about numbers and type of spectator, how many would you need in the Hamil, age profile, and which part of the ground will they move from? Would they tend to stand up?
