Not according to their website. If you look at the 16.15 transfer update from the BEEB it just says he's left Leicester & used to play for Donny. Is someone getting confused?

I just looked to see if he had signed for Donny and couldn't find anything either. There may be hope yet!

 

I know it's a big ask and would really stretch the budget but if we did sign Wellens, Taylor & Doumbe then we would have one hell of a league 1 team!

am i confused or did this guy play for and captain england at all levels on the way up? and did he not go to everton and fall out with moyes or whoever and got pushed aside because of it, and then lost his way after a few months or years in the youth team never to reach the heights again, or was my mate in blackpool making it up?

Somebody's making something up! He's never played for England or Everton.

Someone reckoned on the dodgy rumours site a couple of weeks ago that Wellens had moved house to Doncaster, and he was all set to sign for them.
