The best club in administration ?

We are now out of administration and we have been pretty good on the football pitch the last couple of months. That arises a question: Has any other football club recently have had this kind of sucess while still in administration ? Portsmouth, Plymouth, Glasgow Rangers and Luton are other clubs that have been in adminstration recently, but they didn't do particular well on the pitch.

Are we the club that has had the best results while still in administration ?

I know it may sound daft, but could it be that we have done so well because we have been in administration.

Micky has had no choice but to work with the small squad that he has and hasn't had the opportunity to tinker and change it around too much.

The team has gelled well and we have maintained a high standard. I know you need some quality players to begin with, otherwise you would be stuffed.

But taking Tom Pope as an example, if we hadn't of been in admin and finances were ok, based upon previous goal record we may have bought a couple of strikers and Pope wouldn't have been given the opportunity that he has had to prove himself.

Even though we were in Administration for the past few months; the fact that Micky was allowed to bring in players during the Summer of the quality of Neal, JMW and Vincent was crucial in us being in a position to challenge at the top so far this season.

But yes, aside from Bournemouth 2-3 seasons ago; I can't think of another Club who have done aswell as we have under the circumstances.
