Radio Stoke break the bidders privacy

Twitters

I actually think that in this case those within the club who knew have probably been very discreet. What I find interesting is that I was told by someone unconnected with the club that the Council were having some sort of vote on a Vale bidder early last week. Within days of this happening, the name is in the public domain. Go figure (as they say in cheapskate American soaps).

I was told about this early last week also.

Oh no, this could scupper the deal, how dare the Sentinel print the bidders names a whole day before the press conference!

Some people need to get a grip, these leaks won't put off any interested party. Comparing this to IPP is also pointless as they had merely expressed an interest not gone as far down the line as these people will have.

Radio Stoke have named the bidder as Paul Wildes. If they've been asked to respect the bidders privacy as they said yesterday then that's pretty pathetic.

It was easy to find out.

Info was amended at Companies House on 10th.

No privacy was broken, it's just that RS beat the Sentinel to the "scoop."

Seems to me that RS and the Sentinel are both fighting for their very existence. They will battle each other to break this sort of stuff first. Remember when Tideswell was giving us half the story at SC meetings and the other half in the next day's Senile. Not saying there's anything wrong with it, but both organs are struggling.

Where did the Sentinel info come from? Most of it has been on here, or links given. Maybe today or tomorrow there will be a proper press release for them to concoct a proper article. Perhaps a press conference on Tuesday?

Well no one on here has mentioned Norman The Smurf so they must be getting fed from someone in the know..

Okay' date=' I'm not usually one to scare mungour just understandably dubious. Fingers crossed.[/quote']

Life is a risk, even if I won £40m on Tuesday, I would have to employ people to run the commercial side of the Vale. They may or may not do a good job, that would be the risk. I would expect people to be dubious of me, so fingers crossed. The Vale can only survive as a business, all I hope is that the owners dont take too much out and build the team up into the league above. Anything more will be a big bonus.
