We could just stabilise financially and write this season off. Sell Walters, move Garrity on, leave Moore in charge until the summer but don’t give him a penny in January etc.

There’s no way directors loans continue at their current rate. We’re in for an austere period and it won’t be pretty.

Whos looking forward to carols next letter hopefully it ends with shes had enough and putting it us up for sale

We know better on the issue of Darren Moore’s employment.

Joe,not so long ago you were saying how well run the club. was. After 65 years watching the Vale owned by con men ,you were correct. We can’t keep changing managers if you want to succeed. We are going through a seriously difficult time.People need to keep the faith unless you’d prefer to go shopping on Saturdays.Port Vale are my team, good or bad.

Football clubs do this all the time.

Lets clap our way to relegation then. Accept it now and get the party bags ready to finish out 150th year in style

5 successive homes without a goal.

September 20th last time we scored.

Our next home is New years day.

So minimum of 102 days without a home league goal.

Yes it was well run, and then we won 3 in 20 and refused to sack the manager responsible for it. It’s now being run extremely poorly with contempt for the average fan.

The inability of this forum to grasp that someone might change their mind after 6 games without a goal, 10 winless, and bottom by 7 points at Christmas is staggering.

Am I locked into my pre-season optimism despite the club visibly collapsing before us and generationally poor results?

are you going to let us know what she said or are you going to keep it to yourself ?

Is it not perfectly rational to be super positive after a promotion, have some faith in the manager and hierarchy, and then to have that slowly eroded by possibly the most crushing season we’ve had in years to the point where you lose that faith and optimism?

Never understood why I was the weirdo for starting excited and losing that through a historically poor run and set of crushing defeats. Surely anything else is a bit mental (starting negative, or still being positive)?

We’ve had a good year.
