Disappointed no Gabriel, he was excellent the other day. Hall missing out if fit is odd. We have no other natural LCB. I’m concerned with that back line today.

You're forgetting about Sam Hart.🤭

Not for me. He suits us and our club but if was better than us or could get into any league one side, he would have been sold by now

Controversial but I agree with you. Commitment is a good as any player in the League. Distribution let's him down at times. When he's scoring regularly he probably gets into most sides. Not sure a team like Doncaster would even take him on a free just because of how they play.

Yes, and Plymouth, eh?

I think DM has calculated that Humphreys is just so good across the formation at the back he can do it and to be honest with John who was terrific there too midweek on the bench I don’t disagree with him.

For me I think it’s worrying seeing Debrah and Heneghan in the same side at league 1 level.  Can’t say I’m delighted that Curtis is starting up top again, I like him more than most but he’s struggled. Midfield looks excellent though

The goalkeeping situation that season was as big a disgrace for Flitcroft as the striking one was truth be told.

Wasn't that the season where majority of the signings were loans ? Mipo, butterworth and that stoke lad ?

Would really like a win today or at least something out of this game.

Garrity is a bit more difficult as the big knock on him (and it isn’t unjustified) is his availability.

Ben has averaged 34 competitive games per season over the last 5 seasons, so I'd respectfully suggest that it IS unjustified.

What’s it over the past couple? He certainly seems to have missed more football the last two seasons unless I’m mistaken

Garrity has some injury problems. This isn't debatable.

Going back to 23/24, he's managed 51% of minutes - that is skewed by his absence this season, but ignoring the six games this season he's played in 67%.

Absolutely adore the bloke but he's not been available for 1/3 of the football we've played over the last two years, before we consider his lack of pre-season this year.

34 games when we played 46 is not particularly great. It means he's missed 12 a season, which is over a quarter. That's quite a bit of absenteeism. If he's knocked again now then it's getting a bit worrying.

Again, love him a lot and will do forever, but the best ability is availability.

Yet Debs covered of a Championship £20m striker the other night who didn't get a sniff all game; Heennnahhhaan was MotM

5 seasons is a long time.  He's 5 years older now.  How many games has he started in the last 50 is probably a more accurate guide.  And I love BG!

True, in one game. What happened against Stevenage when they all jumped for the same ball. Hope they impress but I’m worried having them both at the back

Ben has averaged 40 competitive games per season in the last 2 completed seasons, 2023-24 and 2024-25.

Curtis is in the team for what he does in the past, not what he has done the last 3/4 games for which he has been rubbish. I’d rather have Garrity playing a number 9 than Curtis.
