    Please, some one tell me (with a hint of evidence) what he’s supposed to have done?

    I want him gone as he’s not a great footballer and seems close to relegation most years.

    I’d sack off pre-season friendlies. All behind closed doors with no updates. Maybe a couple of early ones with fans for the non-league sides coffers, all 442 and 45 minutes per player.

    Otherwise, it’s a deeply unhelpful exercise which benefits no one and only reinforces the poorly lads who overthink it. We’ve got 9 months of football from next week - really unsure why we have to impose importance on this training exercise today/last week.

    Because Darren and his coaching team think these pre-season friendlies are valuable to prepare the players for the rigours of the season.

    Have the friendlies. Don’t let fans in. Wasn’t clear on that. Don’t even tell them it’s happening. Our first taste of PVFC futbol should be the first game of the season. I wouldn’t even bother announcing signings.

    How the hell are the players going to get fit ...just running around won't do it,I take it you've never played football,are you a rounders or tigglywinks man 🤣🤣🤣

    A lot of us go to friendlies for the social aspect, a chance to meet up and have a drink while not taking football seriously. 
     

    Clubs should let fans in, and make money from the games where possible. Every penny counts.
