I've had dealings initially with Chris back in July and more recently one of his colleagues, Darren, both of them are a shining example of PVFC. How they are being so pleasant and helpful with all of the S*** that is going on is a credit to them.

It is good practice to recognise good service and to pass on your appreciation if you are satisfied,it is very easy to sit and complain and moan....... quite rightly if you are not satisfied...... it would appear that people who have come into contact with Chris are more than happy, so why not high light his efforts ?

yes, it is, it's great reading. I'm pleased that the club employs people who make their customers feel pleased with the service provided, and who might well go back for more. I don't want a good service provided by someone who is just going through the motions until it's home time. I want to be dealt with by someone who makes me feel valued and happy with the service provided, and likely to go back again.

I've personally dealt with Chris a couple of times for Sponsorship Events and he really does go the extra mile to make sure everything is going well and that all needs are catered for. Man's a STAR and I hope the new owners (whoever they turn out to be) recognise the extra effort he puts in

JUst spoke to this gentlemen with regards to a problem i may have if indeed i can attend due to an operation, i'm having tomorrow. Pointed out a few details to me and basically said if i have a problem getting into the part of the ground i need to go to. Just ask for him and he will sort it out.
