Bloke told me who had heard from his mates mate .but usually there is something in it whether it's Leicester or another club

Doesn't mean a player or a club will let him go, something we have to get used to " clubs interested in our players"

I think it's inevitable Shorrock will be snapped up by another club at some point. If the above is true then it may be a clever move by Vale - to give the player a long contract which will increase the transfer fee brought in.

Same with dipepa. The other rumour is he's(dipepa) coming back on loan but cannot see that one some how

Personally, 90 minutes is no time to judge a player - you can't judge someone on a single game. I've no idea how good Broome would have been for us because he didn't play enough for us to see. Surely, that's fairer than saying he's "crap" based on one game. 

Good luck to him at Bolton - hopefully their fans won't reach a decision on his ability after his first 90 minutes.

 

Sam Togwell is always the player I think back to. Had one of the worst performances on his debut that I have ever seen.

Went on to be one of our best players for the remainder of the season, had his loan extended and we even tried to sign him for a fee.

Seem to recall Amos was ropey for us on his debut in the Mickey Mouse, ended up having a really good season in my view, so you never know.

If he was decent then and it was just one bad game why hasn’t Moore gone on a signed him??? I mean come on he’s watched him in training for months and decided to pursue other targets…

No one is saying he is decent it’s just you’re judging him on one game and saying he isn’t. 

On the subject of Cousins it looks like he might need a contract sorting sooner rather than later if the club rates him as well

A number of League One teams are interested in taking 22 year old forward Alfie Lloyd on loan from QPR,the only reason i mentioned him is because he impressed Lee Bradbury during a loan spell at Eastleigh a few years ago,so MAYBE he is a player he may of mentioned in talks on recruitment before he left 

In other news Luton are eying up a bid for Kelman at QPR

That's one viewpoint:

• Maybe Moore doesn't rate him
• Maybe Moore thinks there are better options

- and on the flip side - 

• Maybe Moore did try to sign him - we don't know every bid he makes
• Perhaps the player demands were too high
• Maybe the player didn't want to move to us (maybe there were other suitors - who know how long Bolton have been interested)

So, no successful move for him doesn't simply mean Vale don't rate him. It could mean that they don't rate him but it could also mean they do rate him and weren't able to agree a deal.

Otherwise - Vale failure to bid for Ronaldo, Messi and so on - must make them rubbish players!

You will, of course, have seen him play for other clubs rather than just basing your assertion on the one game you will have seen him play for us against Wrexham, who were fielding several of their first team players at the time?
