I don't see that. We already have numerous CB's with either no or limited L1 appearances, only Henegahan, most see as backup at best and Humprheys have played over 50 games at this or a better level.

If we sign another CB I think we need a 1st teamer with experience rather than another development player.

He wouldn’t be on much money and wouldn’t be the first team just yet. Just help him develop

No not much money but squad space would be an issue. I know he's young and won't count towards the squad number but then how can you develop him in training when we have more than enough players for 11 v 11. No point chucking him in with younger lads when he's been playing mens football.

Patrick Bauer would be a fantastic pick up for us.

Bauers name jumped out at me too. And I normally don’t like to write a player off for lack of minutes. But he only played 6 mins of football last year in one sub appearance. And over the last 3 years he has only played 417 mins, the vast majority of which was 3 years ago (all according to footmob)

Honestly the only name there that piques my interest somewhat is Hakeeb Adelakun. Coming off the back of two successful seasons in L2 it’s just whether at 29 do we think he could step up?

I see Jamal Blackman is a free agent again. The lad must love his one year deals.

Patrick Baeur has excellent pedigree. No idea why he's played so little in the past few seasons though.

I suspect you are thinking of the ex Everton player. I'd imagine this one is the ex Tranmere player. There are 3 or 4 Tom Davies currently playing.

Ched Evans stood out for me, noticed Olamide Shodipo was in that squad too, though not suggesting we take him again.

Team is the key, do some of these, fit in? with the others. Like Smudge was. 

So hope, we get players in who are part of a team, not just wanting to be an individual.

It is a long ride, just have to accept it. 

Hope they get clubs, but I cannot see anyone that I would take.

Rather take a gamble on a Tolaj.

The life style in the Chelsea loan farm, start as a big lad in England Youth, decent pay. But difficult to impress  elsewhere. Now in his 30s
