He doesn’t know what he’s doing he changed 4 players last night and 4 the better performing players.

he really doesn’t know what he’s doing.

His record as a manager suggests otherwise whether we agree or not with his style, selection and formation.

Garbage.

Shocking selection from the start from DM. He has to take accountability for that

Tonight was a massive opportunity

Darren Moore is the most frustrating manager I've seen at vale

Agree with all of that,he is the most frustrating but not the worst by a mile(I will say though a lot of his football is the most boring but again not the worst)

There wont be one person on here or there last night that enjoyed that first half

No agreed. There was a few in the away end that did though.

4th place does not guarantee promotion.  How many teams in 4th place have been knocked out of the play off stages.

Did I say or even suggest 4th place guarantees promotion, no I didn't.

Just curious but "Dust teach thee granny how suck eggs".  I'm well aware of the current promotion/relegation system thank you.

The above is the 2nd odd reply to me on this thread, I chose to ignore the first one.

May I respectfully suggest you try and read and comprehend what's posted not what you "Think" is posted, we all have our "Off days" but come on PVFC764.

Read my post again, attacking substitutions.

Like for like subs at halftime.

Personally I’d class Tolaj as an attacking substitution, he came on at half time.

If I were Carol I'd be demanding a meeting with Moore tomorrow morning. I wouldn't hold my breath, though. Rotating players when a win would take you third. Christ.

100% she wont be happy

He has to somehow get out of this mind set, although he has managed like that all his management career so I cant see it but play like we did first half and Bradford will be out of sight after 45 mins imo

I'm sure they would love to trade places. But I don't think carlisle and Morecambe are a good yard stick for us.

With what Moore has I.e. a very capable and large squad, stable and supportive owners, good facilities at the level, his own backroom staff etc. the lottery of playoffs will be an underachievement. I believe this under achievement is a lot down to his decisions and his tactics thought out the course of the season.

The cards he was handed at the start of the season should result in top 3. Anything else is on him and the way he has played the cards.

I could have used other examples of Lge 2 clubs that would swap with Vale's plight at the moment, eg the other two clubs, in addition to Carlisle, who came down with us last season etc etc.

Having stable owners is a big plus for Vale but the only solid data point which is irrefutable at the moment is Vale are 4th in the Lge, everything else is opinion and subjective.

DM has been tinkering with the starting 11 since day 1 of the season if my memory serves me right, sometimes due to injury, sometimes not and it's got us to 4th place with 8 games to go and in with a good chance of promo by either route.

If he had adopted the approach of a settled starting 11 and only changes when there is injury then we could have been higher, lower or the same, no one knows.

I'm actually in the camp of a settled starting 11, only make changes because of injuries but it's not up to me!!

How many times in football, even in sport has a "favorite/banker" not done as well as expected?

Again not sticking up for him last night at all as the first half was one of the worst i have seen and i have seen a lot BUT his stats etc say that he isn't a terrible manager

Not having that. He's had one decent spell at West Brom as his first job, then what? Failed at Doncaster, did well at Sheff Wed in League One when they were able to outspend and outmuscle everyone else in the league, failed at Huddersfield, then come here, spent megabucks and done nothing more than Andy Crosby could have done. He's never done well when he hasn't been able to financially out-bid every other team in the league.

I've never warmed to the bloke but I'm now firmly in the "Moore Out" camp. Carol can't keep hemorrhaging money when he's so crap. All of the talk around the stadiumm and on social media at 7pm last night was "what's the team? Where's Tolaj and Walters?" yet Moore says in his post-match interview that we can all say that with hindsight. No, we could all see that before kick off you muppet. He's cost us the points in that game, no argument about it
