Was a great competition, like the Debenhams Cup was a nice reward, for FA Cup progress back then. But U21 teams have messed it up and it should be a knock out competition.

Still is a great competition, I like the inclusion of the u21s, it's great to play the big boys!

I'd open just the Hamil mesen but I bet they just open Lorne street .

1600 that holds I think so they may have to open elsewhere .

Depends how tickets are selling though if no demand no reason to they will say and rightly so .

UTV

They dampen the "demand" though !  I was going until I saw that they only opening the Lorne street . I wont sit in there as its crap. They should have shut the Bycars and Railway, given Wrexham the Lorne street. They wont bring more than 1600 so Lorne street totally adequate and Vale fans could have had the Hamil and that could have catered for ALL the vale fans who wanted to go . They want MORE fans in the singing section ie Hamil .....but it is closed .  How is that going to generate an atmosphere .

It's a <ovf censored> competition and the crowds prove it,it's been spoiled by adding the under 21s , when it was started all those years ago it was so the so called smaller clubs had a chance to go to wembley, and now it's just to bring the premiership youngsters through,I wouldn't miss it if it was dropped from the football season, but that's just my opinion 🤔.. UTV VTID

The best thing I can say about the trophy is it's been useful to give squad players a run out along with the youngsters and players returning from injury.

Matchday! 🍕 If we progress it’s money in the bank & a step closer to Wembley. If we don’t it’s full focus on our league campaign. Win win for me ️

The smaller clubs still get to Wembley. I don't think any of the under 21 teams have got anywhere near the final.

I assume Finn Ashworth is cup tied. Anyone remember him from when we played Wolves U21s? I guess if that game is still on PVTV it’ll be more representative than any highlights reel.

The games not on PVTV it only goes as far back as Chesterfield at home unless I just can’t find it. His name rings a bell, he had a good game against us if I remember correctly. Here he is celebrating one of their goals at Vale Park

Played all 3 games 248 mins.

The Vale Should take the game seriously, Play their Best Team ! - Wrexham are playing their best team, The Vale devalued the FA Cup, then missed out of more money ! Vale supporters would enjoy another day out at Wembley. Don't Play fringe players in this match. Go out to Win It !
