I’ll have to watch it back on the video but on first view it looked like an excellent save which would normally have been diverted over the bar, but the wind took over and swirled it over the line.

At the minute it is difficult to see us finishing top 7. Negative tactics, too much chopping and changing, players being played out of position, no pace, no creativity. We had a good run of nicking tight games by the odd goal but I’m afraid that we look well and truly found out at the minute.

Just a miserable game in general. Can see what DM was trying to do but sometimes you can be too clever for your own good.

Only slight silver lining is that Crewe have been held to just a point by Bradford. Suppose at least Byers got some minutes in his legs as well.

Looked like weak hands to me but as with you, I only saw it in real time. So I could be harsh. Was game over as soon as that went in though as we wouldn't have scored if we were still playing this time tomorrow.

It was an error, shot was not that hard, goal keeper error.
