Had a mare today. I wish someone would get hold of him and explain the value of regular short passing to colleagues rather than attempting to play the killer ball every time.

 

He needs to realise that with his talent he should be making a very comfortable living out of the game, not drifting from club to club. Talent is however nothing without application and aptitude. Increasingly I find his decision making when playing the ball to be very poor for a player of such quality.

 

Needs to get his act together.

The performances of Gary Roberts have been really frustrating of late.

 

At this current moment in time I feel Grew and Geoff should start Morsy against Torquay and perhaps bring Roberts on if/when Morsy begins to tire.

 

Gary's ability on the ball is unquestionable but at the moment it doesn't seem to be working.

 

I do hope we keep him for next season whatever league we are in though!

Well grewys his mentor at the club n if he can't play well for him then it's curtains, on his day he can be head & shoulders above anyone but at this stage it's about form & griff & lofty are miles ahead of him, needs be sacrificed to play another winger

On his day, there's no-one to touch him in this league. The trouble is, those days are becoming fewer and fewer.

 

If he could just stay off the pop he'd be an asset. As it stands he's a liability and I for one wouldn't let him anywhere near the first team until he gets his head sorted out.

Honestly,when he was playing well i still thought he was just an okay player.People have made out he's fantastic and he ain't.

He's a great passer of the ball, but his delivery today for example was shocking, yet he carried on taking everything and doing stupid short corners with Loft. If he doesn't buck his ideas up he'll be playing for Stafford Rangers next season.
