Can somebody explain why Vale very rarely win their only throw ins. Further more we always throw it down the line no variation at all.

 

We miss Byers in the middle of the park so much. Garrity offers nothing as a central midfielder.

Been second best this half but had 3 or 4 nearly moments. 

That was rubbish but we still had some good chances 😬

Will take that. They’ve had more of the ball and territory but apart from one save Ripley not had much to do. We look we grew into it as an attacking force last few minutes of the half. The game is definitely there to be won for us.

Similar performance to Notts county. Grown into the game. Had some very promising moments but Tolaj has been awful today. Seems really hit or miss so far. Chislett on at half time, I’d be really tempted to get paton on with stockley as well for Hennegan but that might be a bit too risky at 0-0.

Croasdale, Cover and Stockley had decent halves. Shorrock has done okay too up against a tricky winger. Need much more from Curtis and Tolaj.

Their midfield completely evaporated at the end of the first half there, with better finishing we'd be winning. Paton/Chizzy on for Curtis/Tolaj at some point and I think we'll nab a goal

Defended well again and should have at least scored one. Decent away performance for me so far.
