He isn't that bad, but he isn't good either.

Agree it was a bizarre deal to give a 2 year deal to a 33 year old from the league below (thanks again David).

He'd be okay as a sub to close games out and fill in for injuries, but never a starter in a million years.

Exactly !

To be fair most have said Lowe isn’t good enough for a while now. Just wasn’t as often as Loft & Benning etc because he wasn’t getting as much game time as them pair. He needs to go he’s awful & isn’t needed whatsoever 

I will make my own judgement when i see him play for myself again in a couple of weeks. Last season so many looked “off it” i found it hard to scapegoat. The issue is, it’s preseason, massive investment, we still appear weak, 2nd half of this game will tell me a lot about where we are for fitness and a will to win, if they haven’t got it now then Salford could rip us a new one very soon and it’s a bit late then.

Well maybe other clubs realised that and snapped up Loft, Uche and Wilson at a higher level than we are now for that very reason.
