I am considering going if it is a nice day...

Do let me know if you are @Rampant Zebra as it would be nice to have a chat during the game.

If you missed it, I've moved from Aylesbury to Bridgwater in the West Country. The game in Bath came as a pleasant and welcome surprise to me and I'm aiming to go to my first friendly in an age as it's only just over an hour's drive for me.

I just wondering if anyone else was going (though I appreciate it's a heck of a trek for a friendly game for those of you in the Potteries).

I'm heading down Rob, I'll say hello if I bump into you.  Getting the half 8 train so should be in Bath by around 11

Off topic but I was going to watch Stafford Rangers tonight who were at home against Crewe, didn't manage to make it but saw that Rangers lost 4-1

I'm making a weekend of it, Rob, with my good lady. I don't usually do friendlies - too many subs/changes and lack of 'edge' to the game. Good city for a break and the chance to take in the local game. Hope you make it and enjoy it.

I will be going. Short journey from Weston super Mare.

I noticed that there is only one ticket link for both home and away fans for the bath game so will be non-segregated. Anyway this is a really budget version of the Derek I'm gutted ale away with the vale section.

If you get off the train at Oldfield (closest train station to the ground) I would recommend the Royal Oak. Very good ale and cider pub. Kinda how pubs should be.

Closer to the ground the Old Crown is good with one or two cask options.

At the ground itself Charlie's bar under the main stand is fun and has all your usual beers + an ale (normally Palmer's). At half time they usually let people out to go to Charlie's.

However, bath did get a license to sell beer in the ground last year and have a dedicated corner for it. Not sure whether they put that on for friendlies though.

Food wise there is a chip / burger place in the ground and a hot drink / mars bar cabin on the terrace opposite the main stand.

Think there is a fish and chips + bakery in twerton and a Macdonald's about 5 minutes walk away.

Anyway I'm going with my two sons as live nearby in Bristol. Should be a fun day out and hopefully a first view of what a starting 11 could be.

Just spent a week in the area and walked past the ground on my way into the city centre. It's a bit of a trek and the number 5 bus to whiteway goes past the ground if anyone is travelling from the city. Get off the bus at Morrisons daily shop and the ground is just behind it. Excellent city for supping. I recommend the ring o bells around the back of the station in widcombe

I am probably way behind but Burton tickets selling well.

Doubtful as it's a friendly and the rip off price of 15 quid. I was thinking about going, but not at that price not worth it for a meaningless game.

It's a tenner?  Or is it £15 to sit?
