Promotion odds are changing!

Anyone who fancies backing the Vale next season need to take action. Two betting firms have changed their odds on Vale winning the League. Skybet and Stan James odds are now 28/1 and 25/1 respectively. 40/1 odds are still available but IMO once a couple of bookies shorten odds others qickly follow suit even if they haven't taken a great deal of bets.

generally 1/4 odds of winning the league for a top 3 place. Some firms will give price for promotion which includes the play offs. Bearing in mind that is four places in our league it will be less than the 1/4 of the odds.

and remain 10/1 for any form of promotion

I had a dabble at 40's earlier this week, doubled it with Preston for league1, now had another nibble at 40's

Done us at 40's and a saver at 10 s to get promoted in case we get in play offs. Think Birmingham are good value for championship too

Get it on with bet365. Ideal senario is that we all come away from Vale Park after the last game of the seaosn £400 richer courtesy of Peter Coates. That in addition to a Stoke relegation would be lovely.

Think you're all a bit bonkers placing money on us to be Champions, though I like your optimism. I think an each way or 'to get promoted' bet gives better value myself.

It has been a crazy week and turnaround in terms of new signings.

 

If we do sign Dickinson and he bangs the goals like he did a few years ago at Stockport, in addition to signing a new attacking midfielder capable of chipping in with a few goals (better than Rigg), then there's no reason why we can't be aiming for the top 3 next season.

Ive had a 20 pound double on vale to be promoted at 10s and Stoke tobe relegated at 7s.
