If players cannot deal with criticism with the rewards they get they need change job.

Criticism is only valid if what witnessing deserves be criticised.

Praise will be heaped upon players when consistently playing well .

Last season and prior 6 months before so altogether last 18 months deserves some form of criticism. 

We have lost so many games .

People who love the Vale should never be accepting of losing any game .

A striker is only as good as the service, he gets how often is a Port Vale set piece a good set piece ,with huge centre  half heading into area where striker can benefit .

Last how many seasons we have a centre half who's brilliant at heading balls away in own area but totally ineffective in other teams area, how can that be .

Is it the ball in

Or lack of desire get on end of ball in 

Like I say a team is only as good as its players. 

8 new players hopefully will make the difference and the strikers will score if the supply is good .

I think the supply might just be .

The fact a team payed money for Loft is very telling .

They see something in him I hope he gets the service required to reward there outlay.

Why? As long as it doesn't get personal, criticising player and staff performances is absolutely fine on a forum.

I've definitely over done some criticism on here in the past, and for that I'll always hold my hands up for. But on the contrary I'll always be among the first to throw praise around too.

Really?  It’s ok having a decent starting 11 but we need a squad of players.  Those 3 will be more than decent in any squad in this league.

Ojo is a very good player, problem is he has a very bad attitude at times. He was arguably our best player at the start of last season. 

Yak was decent before his injury, I think he will be ok for us next season in division 2

Jones is ok as a wing back and has had plenty of good games for us when he’s remained fit. He ain’t a center back and his fitness is shocking but if we can keep him fit then he will do a job for us.

I’d like to offload Grant and Sang above all 3 of the above.

He played better at Rovers than Vale. That is undeniable.

Personally I'd have Hendo lower in the list behind 1) Loft, 2) Geohagen, and 3) Delgado. I saw Hendo have a few (albeit only a few) decent games - I think what clouded most peoples view of him is that he was bought in to replace a cult hero in Newton - unforgivable !
