I always rated Cassy, he made the odd mistake  but he's a massive upgrade on what we've got at the moment He's got good pace and reads the game well , he was never given a proper run in the team , in my humble opinion 🤨

Weirdly quiet response to the podcast, which I personally found very illuminating. Really sad to hear how the abuse has affected DF and also his family. Nobody deserves that just from trying to do their job.

That's if it's to be believed

Football League World have expressed bewilderment at how in our current position we agreed to loan Cass to County, especially with Clarke out long term injury. Yet another strange decision made by who?

His best achievements have been selling on players we don't want... or with Connor Hall players we do want... so he can make himself useful in the summer by moving on several of the current squad. If he let's Darren Moore and his men handle the incoming recruitment side of things then we might end up looking stronger next season.

If Carol thinks that Flitcroft built a promotion team once and he can do it again. Well, I'd point out that that promotion came after a fifth place finish in League Two. Clarke and Crosby were an excellent manager and coach respectively who pushed the players to play at the best of their abilities. Then the confidence and connectedness of the play-off success got them to a decent point tally in League One, securing a place in the division before a drop off that, barring a short Arblaster and Devine inspired run, has continued to this day.

Wembley 2022 was fantastic but it was following a fifth place finish. Four teams were better than us over the course of a 46 game regular season. The director of football didn't get us through the play-offs.
