Probably ,ive  been going since 1969/70 and noticed Ted with the Park estate lot pretty much home and away when we were teenagers,

Agree with that as much as I thought Vale were pretty ropey, it had 0-0 written all over it without Hicks interventions. 

He was horrifically poor in so many ways! Where was his duty of care for a player(in Uche) who could have been seriously injured?(whether he gives a foul or not).  He allowed play to carry on then I saw him smiling and having a joke with one of Pompey's players when the ball next went out of play.   Uche was screaming at the bench and clearly in pain, although the size he is he's a probably a fairly tough bloke and was able to walk off, had that been one of our younger lads it could have been very distressing.  Apalling officiating.😡  I'd hope Vale put that in their report to the EFL!

I don't condone the bloke running on the pitch but all people see in the national media is that and the penalty incidents and blame Vale and our fans are all potential yobs!  They don't see how truly poor the referee was.

 I think the vale offered nothin going forward and had no shots on goal in 90 mins that for me is diabolical and again that is down to the managers negative tactics

The best use of the players would be to have a go at the opposition lay a glove on them don't just let the game drift and in doing so giving the opposition impetus 🤔🙄

I’m not a thug or a caveman, words used to describe Teddy. But I have considered walking onto the pitch just to get a ban and prevent me from attending. Strange I know but sometimes that’s how Vale make me feel.

Are we sure he was after the Ref ? Due to the lack of facilities in the Railway stand maybe he was caught short and just wanted to avail himself of the Lorne St toilets.

Quite possibly. I believe he was heard shouting let me get to that sh@t hole as he sprinted across the pitch, but everyone assumed he meant the referee.😉

Spoken, like a true defence solicitor. It’d be up to the prosecution to prove otherwise. Unless something was said by Teddy or he has self incriminated which I doubt very much, the facts are he’s entered a football pitch.
