We'll inevitably win tomorrow - 'what was all the fuss about?' etc. Flitcroft is incredibly lucky that the game after this fiasco is against a truly awful team.

The concern here is whether the people making the football decisions at the club are trusted to make the right ones. We have won 11 out of our last 48.

This football club has only ever been successful when a big-character manager was appointed and given financial backing to assemble a squad suited to his needs. I naively talked myself into believing the stuff Flitcroft was saying - but if he can't even deliver on his own targets for this window, how can we trust him to deliver on a 5 year plan requiring patience and investment?

Out of interest I assume Crosby has done a press conference for tomorrow. 
Were cutting and probing questions put to him about why our recruitment chose not to get a striker or the usual clichéd questions?

It was before the end of the deadline. Expect MB to pick it up at least after the game on Saturday, or next week at the latest.

No offence mate but Carlisle weren't exactly in great form  when we played them and what happened that day
