Was that not his first stint as a manager, and managed to get in 6 players, and tbh did a great job, but he was never going to take them far, plenty of cash was given to him at MK Dons, also Blackburn, i don't think i said he was a bad manager, i said he can't work without money, maybe if MC came in and offered him a transfer chest i would give him a go, sadly we have a bunch of muppets who haven't got a pot to p*** in

no macc manager has had anything like the money he had !!!!!!! this tw4t took the team away overnight for trips to chester and wrexham !! he has no concept of cost ! no way would i want him at vale

Its an important time for Paul Ince now. I loved him as a player and would love him as our manager but he needs to be successful in his next job. He did a fantastic job at Macclesfield and MK Dons first time round, then struggled at Blackburn (out of his depth) and has failed to set the world alight back at MK Dons and again at Notts County- although to be honest i think his sacking from Notts is harsh. Their aim this season must be survival and they look likely to do that.
