I've said it before and I'll say it again, Micky is a senior manager at PVFC, he needs to start being a leader rather than just the person who picks the team.

This sort of petulant behaviour, throwing his toys out of the pram doesn't show he is a leader, more of a panicking headless chicken. He needs to start being the role model he should be for all HIS STAFF

He is not just an employee on £15K a year, he's highly paid, trained to deal with the media, should be trained in man management and should be setting a far better example - all just IMHO of course

 

Disagree completely, he's protecting his players from yet more daft negativity. I'm sure if someone criticised your kids in the same way you would react and/or walk away.

 

The majority of fans on here support Micky's actions and I for one am right behind him on this issue.

Who wouldn't given the extreme circumstances, I am pretty up beat and cheerful but i am p***ed of with the whole situation and struggle to speak to some people i regarded as friends.

Mr Adams attitude at the moment is falling short in my opinion, the fans have supported him,hes getting his wages he should lead from the front and issue a rallying call and at least "Pretend" hes bothered

yes Doreen, there is a real downer on the place, not sure what the best way forward is, maybe a promotion challenging team next season will go a long way to healing rifts.

 

for me I have friends I go with, on some things we dont share the same view but fiendship comes first and on some matters its best to agree to disagree i think

Think you are right, i don't talk about the club politics anymore, that's my way of dealingwith it. Off now to WRVS for the afternoon, guaranteed a good time and plenty of laughter.Up the Vale :D:D

I don't know how anyone can criticise the manager and playing staff at the moment. With no contracts for next season sorted some don't even know where they'll be. Micky has had a pretty rough time with all the MOLD issues and it isn't like he can take a week off work to relax.

 

For me there is only one group of people criticism needs to be aimed at, and you all know who they are.

We all need to get back to just talking about the football again,including Micky.I know that reporters ask some daft questions at times and I understand his frustration but it won't improve relations by storming out of press conferences.
