the administrator can only make a player go out on loan until the end of the season, thereafter they can come back to VP or move on as the player wishes.

 

the administrator power only lasts for the loan periods for this season

 

forcing a permanent deal for any player is restriction of trade.

Surely an administrator can't make a player move on loan somewhere? The player must have to agree to it too.

 

"Sorry Marc, John O' Groats FC have made an offer for you, you'll have to spend the next 3 months up there".

 

Players could always just demand 100k a week at any club that wants to sign them and get out of it that way.

Yeah I don't blame Collins - best of luck to him.

 

It was more the way Richards sounded a bit worried on RS that some mysterious "third party" could sack anyone off to any club in the land almost against their wishes
