I'd be looking at all Deakins staff first of all that he brought in and find out if they actually do anything

I'd probably also look at staff that could be replaced by volunteers

Also staff that are not entitled to redundancy

Gettiong rid of first team regular players just to reduce the wage bill is counter productive unless an income can also be sought from their departure.

I'd see about adams getting a pay cut or 50% of his pay deferred, get rid of grew or horse as well as page and maybe 3 or 4 fringe players

As for Lodey, I don't see you could get rid of him yet, the club needs someone of his experience and to not replace him would cause problems without a secretary and CEO in place

I did'nt realise Deakin was still there, defo get rid of him first, then his p.a. then grew and horse, and mosr definatly chase the nil paid shares.

If any of them are on OVF, they will certainly have an idea of who their friends are, or aren't......hey, let's talk about sacking people.....after all, they're not real people, who need to make a living, are they?

 

For me, the only one I'd support getting rid of immediately would be Deakin, and that's because of the nil paid shares, the lies and the overall being an ass.....in the US sense.....

 

As for the issue of the players and Adams being or not being paid, it's not the administrator's, or the Council's responsibility to pay debts accrued before they took it over.....the players will get their wages when it's all sorted and Micky Adams knows it......I am disappointed with his attitude, he's been on a good wage and should realise he's going to probably have to take some sort of a cut to help the books balance, simply bcause of how much he costs.......if he won't then maybe he doesn't deserve to stay - it's not as if he's poverty stricken........and he was a Director for a while too, so knows what was going on......
