I see she is getting loads of abuse for doing nothing and turning up because camera's are at today's SC meeting.

 

In fact she has been doing just the opposite for the last month.

 

She has been working very hard behind the scenes and well away from the camera's, certainly not seeking the limelight.

 

I too have been frustrated at times with Joan's inputy but this last month I know for a fact she and many others have worked tirelessly behind the scenes and certainly noty been interested in hogging the limelight and today she was invited to attend.

 

She is accused of hogging the limelight but many are also moaning because she hasn't been hogging the limelight but working unknown to most

 

So I do think much of the criticism today is harsh to say the least and she still has a key part to play because nothing is certain yet that the council will do the right thing and put us in to admin and under write the administration and running costs of PVFC for 3 months

 

They have an impossible dilemma ahead of them and they need time to examine all possible avenues available, hopefully though, a decision and the right decision is not too far away now.

She's now working hard because her local constituency is going to lose a shed load of money owed to them.

Joan is a Vale fan just like the rest of us, yes she has a professional job to do, but the council know the area and community is better with port vale than without. time will show now is the time to trust Joan and the other long standing suppporters.

I agree. I've been critical of Joan Walley on this forum but fair play to her for turning up today, and I thought she spoke well.

 

Time to move forward - together.

Im also a fan...very frustrated that she hasnt helped the fans before...BUT...i trust the SC 100%...and i trust what they say abt joan,so i will lay off any comments.

Also if we do give her grief...we could get screwed if she goes against us.

I'm not a constituent of hers so can't comment too much on her other than to say I just hope she gets the message that Bratt's involvement in this club is not wanted and doesn't back him in any way.

Been working for the last month!! WTF about the previous 12 where she seemingly did sweet fa & ignored peoples pleas for help??

 

Sorry Gaz but like with Stan Meigh shes too late. Her association with the root cause of all the last 12-18mths should worry you all. Her support for BB is unwavering.

 

The council & SC should get mr Chaudry & Mr Sims around a table, the current scum are backed into a corner & the Council should as major creditor say to them sell to MC /MS or its admin.

 

If admin then the council can appoint their own with the recommendation of MC having a look at books & putting a deal together.

 

Look back over time this i believe is how Ken Bates originally got Chelsea for £1 when they were on the brink.

 

You guys are working so hard it seems madness that the SC, Council, Chaudry & Sims arent around a table ready to deliver the final blow to the scumbag board.

Well, if the SC had the attitude of many on here she would be of no use and I can assure you we need all the help we can get because this really could still go horribly wrong you know.

 

Like I say, we all have our frustrations and as I have said, I too have thought she could have done more in the past.

 

Right now Port Vale FC needs every single person fighting for it and Joan is doing that right now so I'm glad to have her on our side.

1 in 18 months is a poor ratio and as many have stated prevention is better than an aspirin to a nigh on incurable disease.

 

Sorry but she deserves the criticism for staying silent for so long. I am unsure that bringing a can of Top Deck to the party is effective.

She does indeed deserve criticism and now has to earn our respect that has been severely damaged which will take a good deal of time and action to restore.

 

The first things she needs to do is bring our case up in the House as the Pompey MP did recently and lobby for a change in the F&PP test.
