None of this matters though. If we win the EGM, we win the EGM... we then get the ball rolling and opened up the accounts.

 

If we lose the EGM, we WILL go into admin. No one will go to the games, no one will buy season tickets. This board is finished, no matter what they do, nobody wants them.

That post is spot on......either the shareholders win the EGM and an interim Board can hold the doors open for the forensic accountants,

legals and probably the fraud squad....or there is an empty Board

victory because nobody will buy a season ticket and administration is inevitable...either way the books get opened up and the Board will be totally accountable.

It can all either be sorted out at the EGM or the Board hang on for a

matter of weeks and just do more damage in an attempt to put off the inevitable....their time is up they are done.

It would be great if it were that simple.... There will still be 3000 or so who will attend whatever the outcome.

Well the Board are still 2 directors down or will be come the agm so when will we get to know who they are putting forward for those positions? surely they need to show their hand soon!!!

 

Or is this the info that we are getting by the 25th?

 

I think that will be disclosed on the 25th when the club have to advise of the resolutions they wish to be included at the AGM/EGM. I'm expecting a Bratt/Plant nomination sponsored by Oliver.

There is a third option, of course, which is that some of the board survive and some of the SC candidates are elected.

They don't care about there being no fans or even no club.

 

Their only objective to to hide someting or avoid something.

 

Think about it - there is no other reason to put up with all the hassle and abuse they are getting.
