My worry is that they'll find a way around that. I really am concerned about Miller and Deakin pulling the same stunt on their shares as they are trying to do with BSI's.

I'm sure hank would hand them over given that he has no time for the board. They really are a cowboy operation, like £500,000 worth of shares floating around unpaid for!

Miller and Deakin would claim they have every right to vote with their nil paid shares as intend to pay for them at some time in the future.

 

The the club has their promissory notes after all, which probably state they will pay for them sometime before 31st Dec 2050.
