New home kit

Featured Replies

Some suggestion on social media from those “in the know”, that the new kit is “different”, possibly in a negative way.

All I would say is that if it has the Vale crest on it it’ll do for me 👍

Saw them today. It’s very “different”. I’m not going to give it away by saying what it is but my first thought was it could split fan options on it because it’s so different to the norm. In fact I’d say no one would be able to guess what they’d come up with. One things for sure, errea do seem to design kits that in the main are bespoke for the club.

The main away kit I really like and the third is another that I think could split opinions.

Just as long as its not red and white stripes [emoji1787].

For me something different will be good. We only have it for the season anyway. Who knows. Looking forward to seeing it.

Definitely no red and white for any of the 3 🤣

Its either going be something like the black and white hoops. Or possible a return to an amber and black kit like the 50s/60s.

What ever it is. No harm in trying something different.

I don’t know what it looks like but I’m not stepping back into Vale Park until it’s changed, Carol out etc ...... just thought I’d get in early!

Our home kits have largely been bland for the last decade so have no issue with the club trying something different. I've always preferred the away kits (the black one with the diagonal sash from I think 13/14 remains the stand out).

Errea seem fairly decent so fingers crossed for a nice surprise.

its what goes in the shirt that matters!

Hope it's not like that stevenage Burger King thing they had this season just gone but black and white instead of the red and white they have.

I could be wrong, but I don’t recall another team having a kit like our home one that I’ve seen.

Is it a re-hash of the Kalamazoo kit?!

I was living in Stevenage at the time and their fans disliked that kit.

Good point Tom Pope highlighted that kit in a recent article and also Phil Bowers was stated what a kit it was when sharing the Liverpool game either way seems we are in for a suprise. Its even more interesting as it appears Robbie is involved in someway. Wonder if he has helped drsig it.
