In that case under the terms of his contract which I presume he 'signed' the club should be made aware of this under the guise of Miller offering false representation which could tarnish the business' name.

I would think they would reason that the car was part of his entitlement to his role as Chair.

 

He is still a 'serving' director and if he were to keep his car as a a director surely the tramp and the mushroom would be shouting for the same priviledges?

I would imagine you somewhat out-qualify the Dirtector of IT so would imagine he would turn you down on that criteria. Glenn doesn't like clever people - they confuse and outwit him at every turn! :D

Strictly speaking, the correct expression is "4 As" because we are talking of more than one A. Loads of people persist in sticking an apostrophe in when referring to plurals which are not actually words - CD's, GCSE's, etc. You're not alone!

I may have missed something, but I thought it was only announced that he was relinquishing his position as Chairman. Surely he cannot stand down as a director unless (i) someone decides for certain his election (along with PD's) was illegal and/or (ii) replacements are found?
