I called the ticket office yesterday to get a Bury ticket posted out.

 

The chap on the other end tells me the card machine that they use to process such sales is kaput and won't be fixed before Friday. As such, it is a case of people having to visit in person to get one although he believes we will be returning several hundred tickets to Bury and we will be able to pay on the day.

 

This information may be of interest to exiles and others who want to go.

 

NB He was very good in explaining this and was helpful. He won't last long

 

Machine was probably linked to smurfs own bank account so better paying cash
