Revelations

Ah poor perry. He was told he could become a director for free and it turned out to be untrue. He is only upset he has been found out, the lying little scrote. How they expected to keep it quiet I'll never know.

I think that is obvious. They expected all real Vale fans to look the other way and let them get on with it.

Don't you think it would've mutually beneficial for forth parties to terminate the contracts if they have been mis-sold by Deakin and his team, which I fully expect they have been.

I doubt this is as big a problem as is being made out.

I'm sure Azure would be more than happy to terminate from what I hear to how their product is going down at VP.

Oliver is probably working on another lengthy and highly embarrassing club statement as we speak ;)

When I went up there on Monday Oliver made a point of telling me that he and others have been doing something constructive for the club.:rolleyes:

So let me get this straight.

Blue Sky was paying Deakin, Miller and Hank’s shares. Breaking the 24.9% rule.

Miller & Deakin have paid by promissory note – using money coming from Blue Sky.

Blue Sky are no longer involved with the club.

Miller & Deakin can't fulfil their promissory note terms and conditions as the money being used to fund them is no longer coming.

So not only have they acted as a consortium, they can't pay for their shares at all thus making the promissory note null and void? Thus being illegal directors and should stand down immediately?!

Can they get sent down for this deception?

Has Lodey's part in all this come under any scrutiny?

As the secretary of the company surely he has a duty to see all is legal and above board.

We are talking about the same bloke here aren't we? The one who was guardian of Bell's secrets, who changed his spots to work for Bratt and has now overseen the takeover of the club without a penny changing hands.

Surely he is inscrutable?
