After hearing about Chris Shuker's possible inclusion in the New year. Something hit me. Is this an up-front replacement for when Marc Richards is sold in January??

 

This board would sell it's own grandmother if it meant money in their coffers and it would mean the club actually had some money at long last.

 

As much as I know Marc Richards would be missed, I don't think selling him would be the end of the world, and plus, won't Miller and Deakin want him off the wage bill?
