P.S it took you well over an hour to realise you’d made the mistake of not knowing how many games he would play.My 10 goal tally covered the season not games.I will never let you forget this.

 

If you want to do this dance then let’s roll... so your 4/1 assumed exactly how many games? I look forward to you either:

 

Admitting he will play way more games that you have just predicted (10 goals from 15 starts plus sub appearances would be an AMAZING return)

 

Admitting you have back calculated a number of games to make your 4/1 equal 10 goals over that period.

 

Neither of those two reconcile.

Are we not all Vale fans? Why does every forum end in bickering by someone or another. If you want to do that please do it in private because I've wasted too much time flicking through all this ****.

 

Opinions are great. No-ones is right or wrong. If you like Doddsy (as I do) then fair enough. If you don't that's also fine. As long as it's civilised and well constructed there's no need for any of this.

 

The one thing I can't stand though are calling a player this or that, personal insults, or claiming to boo your own players etc. It's not on.

I'd delete all the posts where they are tickling each others balls with all the "you said this" and "remember when you did that" and leave the Dodds related posts.

 

We can't keep shutting every discussion thread because 2 people just descend in to bickering about stuff not related to the thread, its needs nipping in the bud somehow.

As moderators we can make it very easy for ourselves by applying Ovf rule:

 

The owners of onevalefan forum reserve the right to remove, edit, move or close any content item for any reason with no right of reply.

 

The fact is, we don't as a general rule.

 

Editing threads can be very time consuming. We do our best, but we are not on-line 24/7 which means there will be at times numerous unread posts to monitor and edit.
