i know which id pick and its not the PL kid. This league needs strikers that kow where the net is, look at Mcleod at Barnet, very similar to Knight and a regular scorer

i think our team needs energy, williams could be a good signing, but there must be talanted lads at pl level ready loaning out for experiance herd was a good example of this

apart from chris herd, kyristian pearce and at a push jay o shea and paul marshall none of the young lads we have had from prem or championship clubs on loan have done much especially kaydelan brown and raymaine sawyers.

Having Ben Williamson back in the squad will give us further options up front, especially with Myrie-Williams - both have pace and can get in behind, I'd probably start them both.

That is spot on m8 Richards Pope and Madjo are all too similiar for my liking a Naylor type is required or like you say from the reserves of the top flight,surely someone is out there who can fire Vale to the play offs,we need someone promto or we could be in the bottom 8 come the end of the season .
