Exactly. If the deal by BS has been withdrawn, then what would happen in the hypothetical situation of Miller and Deakhead being paid in shares in lieu of the deal by way of commission, should the deal not be fulfilled?

OK GUYS, I have no proof but it appears I will be eating humble pie on the subject of the share issue..but I wont be coming over to the dark side just yet... I have another perspective on this,it is known that Miller/Deakin are the brokers with the BS deal and IF it as been signed and sealed with £8/5 million in the bank which I have no proof,then paying them in shares is a good thing in my view,if it was me I would want hard cash in my bank account and do a runner not shares in a tinpot 4th division football club(so to speak) so agreeing to this shows me that Vale have a good deal with BS and they want to be part of it.... Of course I am expecting a fall out when/if the share deal becomes public but technically speaking it is their money they have paid for the shares with....

 

So if you could gain control of a tinpot football club for Broking a tin pit investment that never happens, that would be better than being paid cash? Wake up Grebo, the main players in this are being shown up to be liars and chancers with ulterior motives. Why haven't we heard anything from Deakin for weeks? That in itself tells a story. It will unravel very quickly IMHO and it won't be pretty.

Ps. The club said in the past, that without investment the cashflow would dry up in November. Add to that breakeven crowds nowhere near being met, then the writing is on the wall if this deal collapses.

The club making a statement has already been mentioned a few times by different people.But the club still fail to produce a statement.Even though we know that the club watch this site.A statement that could quash all these so called rumours and concerns.These rumours and concerns have not just arisen in the last 12 hours they have been around for a while.

 

So why are they not coming out with some sort of statement on the official club web site.You know the very same official club web site we are told to use/read to get official information.By the club's own admission such rumours can be damaging to the club.There is just no logic at all in remaining silent.Add to that that the AGM that has always been Dec is now suddenly moved to Feb.Even that is moved into a day time slot which itself beg's a few question's.

 

I hope i'm wrong,it wont be the first or last time.But i get the gut feeling that all is not well,i see red flag indicators flying.
