That was me, yewth and so far they clearly have! It remains to be seen whether the sweetie jar will be open but their signings show you can do good business at this time of the year. Here's hoping we can match it because on this showing we dam well need to!

 

They have but they’ve also had a better one than every other side in the league so far. It’s only been a week and they’ve spent big.

You are right that we are not back in a relegation battle, but people are right to be concerned that our management team do not get the same support from the owner that FGR's do - because I would bet he thinks we have done enough to stay up, just like he did in almost exactly the same league position and played-points ratio as last January.

 

I don't think we will slip back into trouble, but if we get a few injuries and don't sign anyone experienced and decent, it is not impossible.

The window has been open a week! I guess no other side in the league is getting the same support as the FGR chairman as well then.

 

We’ve signed up Whitfield, that’s very good business, there’s plenty of time in the window left, let’s see what we do.
