It's the reason that despite some advantages (and some other disadvantages too) some sole traders and partnerships don't incorporate as they lose some privacy

 

Given the ease you can obtain them there is of course an argument that they could just be made available anyway - but either way nothing can be hidden really

The abbreviated accounts tell you next to nothing. You'd probably have to convince Norman you want to buy the club and pay for exclusivity to find out what's really going on.

If he doesn't publish them in full, or if he doesn't re-send them to Jean I wonder if we could run a poll to see how many people believe that he sent them originally and that the email somehow disappeared in a time warp between Uranus and a black hole near Congleton?

 

I rather think that the result would be about 98 per cent believing Jean hadn't received them because they were not sent, and about 2 per cent thinking differently - and we could all predict who would make up the 2 per cent as well !

 

If he does publish them, then whether he 'wins' or not rather depends on if he has been telling us the truth, doesn't it ?

Do I trust him?.. frankly no

Do I believe what he says?.. again no

Would that change because he published the accounts?.. no

 

Its not all about the money, far to much has gone on to change my opinion by showing me the books... and some things should stay behind closed doors, like contracts, payments, agreements, disputes etc

At the last count his loans were 3.7 million which included the 1.2 million he loaned from his other companies to buy it in the first place. He put the 350k from player sales in January in his back pocket.He got 120k from ticket sales from away fans for the Sheffield, Bolton and Bradford games plus beer sales. 250k from his so called disclosure plans.If he raises another 500k from Preston for Hugill he is only owed 2.5m.Unfortunately he seems to want Mickey Mouse money for the club and hang around like a bad smell to punish us for his stupidity when taking risks. How much will the club be worth if he takes us down into the conference.
