I

I will miss the greatest talent that has been at the club for years but sorry Gary enough is enough. Get your head on before it's too late.

Talk about over-estimating somebody.

He has some ability, but he's nowhere near as good as a few make out, and certainly not good or consistent enough for him to warrant chance after chance.

the only thing in GR favour is he can train with the team , if he really really wants to play professional football he will show MA and the rest of his team mates he can behave train hard stay away from the demon drink and could hopefully push himself back into the vale 1st team

I for one would love to c him play again and reproduce some more of those magic touches that few footballers are gifted with

Prove everybody wrong Gary and win back the people that pay ure wages in the best way poss thats on the pitch

How many other recent or otherwise Vale players have captained England at under 19 level Beechy?.

getting out of football might be the best thing for the lad. there's definitely a drinking culture at the vale and that has to be an impossible position to be in for a guy with his problems.

maybe time for him to move on entirely and change his acquaintances.

Like Saintvaliant said, it's up to him now.

He can either sulk and feel sorry for himself and be resigned to the fact he won't play for us again, or he can give Micky something to think about by seeing this as his final chance for professional football, and turning up every day early and leaving late and getting his head down and squeezing out the bags of talent that are clearly in there.

I really, really sincerely hope he will do just that.

And who was his central midfield partner in that team, OS? Mark Noble of Wet Spam who has played the bulk of his career in the Premier League. There is more to being a great footballer than having the ability to pass the occasional ball 50 yards.
