Shame about Thomas but he was never going to stay after the weird way he was treated last season, he could have been a huge asset with Pope back.

Thomas was a sick note from day one and only played in 23 league games for us. We simply can't afford to carry people like that who are only available for 50% of games. He scored only 1 deflected goal. Not good enough.

Totally agree. Most probably wasn't injured half the time more like he couldn't be bothered and paid his bills for another year.

Well he wouldn't be wrong would he. Has Vale fans we know what we expect from wingers on our pitch and he was nowhere near that awful. And just a name we brought in I admit I was optimistic about him would have mark Marshall back any day of the week

I do find this weird infatuation Vale fans with ex-players rather strange but I would have Marshall back. One of the owners mistakes not to welcome him back after he initially failed to secure a move away.

Yes another of the owners mistakes. Just a comment on who I would prefer and compared Thomas to Marshall that's all with the difference in class. Don't know how Bradford lost that today were the better side by far but goals win games
