Is everyone aware that Scunthorpe apart we hadn't scored 2 goals away since early September and we haven't won two games on the bounce since November?!!

I said this months ago, but it really is a good job we are not in Div 2 because we'd be struggling to stay in the League on current form. We couldn't beat Mansfield or Doncaster (over 90 minutes) and how we beat Stevenage was a mystery. Thank the lord for small mercies.

 

That's why the atmosphere is so bad. There is nothing to get us excited about on the pitch and it's been like this for months and months. Yesterday, yet again, I don't think we had one shot on target. It's appalling stuff. I'm sorry but it really is.

There's been no bother in the ground for decades, so that's not the reason.

 

It's about killing off any chanting between the fans and making life easier for the stewards and police.

There were police inside the ground yesterday and heaven knows why. A crowd of 4000 and no history of bother between the two clubs.

 

Premier League grounds manage with no police, even where rival fans sit within 20 feet of each other.
