I feel sorry for Bratt

Why?... because no one wants to buy his shares?... perhaps your sorrow should be for the thousands of vale fans who have suffered the continual decline over the last 8 years.... or for the smaller shareholders, some who have invested their life savings, who dont get the chance to get their money back.

Don't lecture me about me about my club please. I've links with the Vale going back a hundred years unlike some glory hunters from Stone.

What's wrong with going to watch Stone Dominoes? Why don't you persuade Mo to build them a new ground.

Vale will never leave Burslem or Vale Park ever, period.

So when the vale moved your family moved did they?

Sounds a nomadic existence.... almost gypsy like

I've not read through the whole thread so forgive me if this has been posted...

At the meeting Deakin and Lloyd confirmed that the investment would fall within the 24.9% rule so £400,000 is the best you can hope for from one investor.

To include stadium naming rights as a welcoming gesture?

No... The naming rights may be all but given away the price we've heard is so cheap with a knock on effect of potentially putting off investors.

If ever the term, "a sticking plaster over a gaping wound" was fitting the short term financial gain for the stadium naming rights is it.

If it happens there will be smaller clubs in our league with at least triple the financial gain for selling the name of their ground.

Yes, family silver sold, no business opportunities left, to hell with next year, have n`t played ManU in the FA cup for 90 odd years so it must be our year, just two rounds to get through. More like sticking plaster over gangarine.

Objection.

The witness is making an observation not stating facts.

But he is making sense unfortunately.

If we do play Man Utd and get promoted wouldn't that make you happy?

This supposed investment that the board have probably made up.

Well, Mo C was offering to invest 5 million quid including taking over the debts interest free.

So if the imaginary investors suddenly appear out of the lamp, then surely anything less than £5m is not enough. And unless they take over the debts, interest free then surely the board should be shot?

.

I think you will find that by the time MC was asked to put up or shut up it was a maximum of and i quote MC himself "£600k from him and £600k from Mr Simms"...Lol.

Easy to talk the talk, but when it comes to walking the walk...mmmmmmm. :D

So in your opinion then thats it is it?

Chaudry and Sims are out of the picture,so how do you propose to service Bratts ever growing debt how do you suppose the club can move forward with no money and an ever growing cash flow problem

Correct.

MC's investment was published in a document so that you were able to decide on its merits.

When will you be able to view the details of the boards new investment and decide on its merits ?.

All major investments should be treated to the same scrutiny surely.

Now go and read MS & NM statements ....

Its up to the bidders to decide if they want to make public their offers/plans and likewise the board.

MS is getting lost playing politics, he's got more agendas than 10 Downing Street.
