I also have a season ticket and have had one since I had a junior one in the early eighties.

Always scraped enough money together to buy one. Painted wooden Windows in the 80s petrified of hights, did any thing from paper rounds to gardening to get my season ticket money.

The top tax bracket does indeed take the pizz but not as much as snurfs blaming fans non attendance to watch garbage and pay good money for it.

Ya moaning git

Personally i think its a time for cautious optimism.

Without doubt our club is going in a direction like never before.

Now, if we take a step back and evaluate things, the lads we have signed today, and the ones to come, could take us up a level and give our club a great platform for the future.

Equally, it could be the royalist **** up of all time.

Nobody knows.

It really is a time to strap yourself in for the ride.

We are either going to be the story of the season or an absolute laughing stock.

Prepare for both.

Any could happen.

This is it. We all know it's a risk, but one I'm happy for smurf to take right now.

I'm not overly impressed with a couple of the players signed but still positive for our season overall. So I'll give my support this season win, lose or draw!

As you say the new players could be absolute dross as a team or they could be brilliant... likewise if we had kept all last seasons players we could have improved or we could have been flushed down the pan.... I suppose it depends on how you view change.... Personally I like change and try to embrace it for what it is... a step out of the comfort zone, an opportunity.

Whatever happens I will still follow the vale.

Yeah, yeah of course you do! How is the Brit (or whatever commercial name it's called nowadays)?
