I am really unsure as to what Lloyd's motives are. He does not have the wealth to inject the sort of money that is required but he seems very keen on being Chairman.

 

I have no problem with him being interim Chairman but I suspect right now he is trying to court favour amongst the fans, especially the various groups.

 

I believe he went to the USA with Deakin to finalise the Ameriturf deal. Why has nothing been announced about that?

 

That would mean them being honest and open ;);)

Very good that, made me laugh....a friend in the USA has looked into this global company with the amateur website and has tried to make contact and investigate but can find nothing...6 months work and still no proof of funding

yet local multi-millionaires are turned away.

Well the meeting tonight and later in the month have suddenly got new life. Going to be spending some time tomorrow drawing up a list if questions about all of this. And believe me, I'm going to be thorough, and those who have heard me speak, you know what to expect! :yes:

Agreed, there will be an excuse of some sort.

 

They don't need an excuse now, SEO and the EGM served one purpose, and one purpose alone. It proved to the board that they must strengthen their position at all costs and that's exactly what they have done since then.

 

They have us over a barrell, either we're with them or we can sod off, they don't care, they never did.

 

'For us All' should read '**** us All'.

Actually, I reckon ML will, GO will just want to be there to gloat in front of everyone, PD will sit their and smirk, but as BB is leaving, he won't be there! I also don't think MA will be there either. What will be interesting is if the new potential onvestors/board members/chairmen will be there?

Will they bring their 'rent a crowd' with them for protection?
