The Army bomb disposal unit (EOD) were called to Newcastle town centre yesterday after an explosives alert.

 

The unit was scrambled after a member of the public went into Newcastle Police's front office with an item that appeared to be a hand grenade.

 

It is believed that the grenade had been in an elderly person's loft for some time.

 

Relatives who said they had known about it for years took it into the police office yesterday afternoon.

Far more people are murdered in the US by white folk than by Muslims. If he genuinely wants to keep his countrymen safer he should ban the NRA and promise to introduce gun control.
