For me, and this is just my opinion, I couldn't give a monkey's what they call it to the point that I think it's daft moaning because it's so futile. The powers that be are always going to do stuff like this and as long as it's not called something along the lines of "power to the paedo's" I'm not bothered what they call it.

EFL is brilliant because The Football League is obviously very, very difficult to say and takes so much longer.

It's always amused me that the acroyn "WWW" has three times syabels as "world wide web"

Cant help but agree with this - really not worth getting bothered about when it wont be changed.

It isn't particularly American either - if they had called it the English Soccer League then I would have been angry and it would be worth taking notice and complaining, but as it is, companies and organisations make these trivial changes all the time, so why worry.

I do agree with what Bycarspete says in post 6 as a wider point though, sky are poison to football.
