One win doesn't mean humble pie. Home form this season remains decent, away form is dire. With the budget we have we should more than be top ten or above.

 

That being said it was a good performance against a very poor side. Onwards and upwards hopefully with more consistency hopefully...

 

Definitely need to find a role for Foley for me and Daniel certainly looks better out wide. Big up for the defence who dealt easily with albeit a relatively toothless attack to earn a long overdue clean sheet.

We played decent, better than in the last few weeks for sure, but you also have to take into account just how poor Shrewsbury are and were. Had we not beat hem today then heads needed to roll, they really were that bad.

fifa dont make manager games. they make football games on a ps3 and ps4, and an xbox, and an xbox360, and a pc.

 

i think the admin should ban people who come on here and post any negativity after a WIN.

after the burton game everyone was slashing there wrists and making there grave, weve won, which is what everyone wanted, so how can anyone possibly come on here and make any negative comments, if you do....

We're 3 points off top ten and if we hadn't suffered with some bad luck, I've no doubt we would be up there now. Basically, we need a tweak not a new manager.

I must admit I feared the worst when I saw the team sheet. Couldn't get my head around it and thought Page had lost the plot.

 

Glad to be proved wrong. A cracking result and a very good performance. Only one winner. We dominated. Stand out performances for me were Daniel, O'Connor and McGiven (although I'm not sure if that's because he was that good or I just expected him to be terrible).

 

Great to get a clean sheet again and great to see us taking some decent corners for the 1st time this season.

You should avoid knee jerk reactions to results,dont get carried away with a win and dont want to replace the manager with a loss.
